They should be willing to make sure the phone gets to you. This might mean shipping out a new phone in an express way...overnight or something. If I were you, I would call customer service and ask them what they can do for you. Let them know about the confirmation showing the correct address and then it being shipped ot a different address.

talk about shipping to the wrong address. I was delivered over 7000 dollars worth of amazon gift cards yesterday...they were supposed to be sent to a company that ordered them as corporate gifts and they showed up at my door. Got it all straightened out tho....my DH was dreaming of Plasma screens lol.

| How inconvenient for you! Definitely call them. Hopefully they will straighten it out for you. Also sending some good luck and no hassel vibes your way. I personally had issues when I dealt with them before. Terrible customer service. Hope it gets resolved soon for you! brownplace WOW! I think I would have fainted if I saw all those Amazon GCs. lol

I would call them. The package should require a signature. I just got an order from Verizon yesterday and I was required to sign for it. It was sent via FedEx overnight. If you have a confirmation that shows your shipping address, ithey should fix their mistake. Sarah......mom to Jason & Devin |

When I ordered a phone from Verizon, they required a signature at delivery. Also, whoever actually got the phone can only activate it to the phone # for which it was ordered - they can't just activate it to their own # Good luck - I've never had any problems with Verizon but I know others have.

Ok, so the first time I called them the lady basically questioned why it was their fault and told me to call Fedex. I then wrote an email to them and waited about 10 min and called back. This time the guy was nicer to me. The package is being rerouted to me and I probably won't get it to Monday. However, if there are any other problems I will be right back on the phone with them. I am just disappointed as I was expecting it today. Hopefully, everthing can be worked out. Amulquin -- what were your problems before with them? Just curious in case I have more issues. |

DH had a problem with my Christmas gift. Unfortunately as of yet, I don't know what it is or where it's from, but he put in a different shipping address from the billing address and they just cancelled his order without telling him. A couple days after he was expecting it he called to f/u and they told him our credit card was rejected. He spent about 2 hours being transferred over and over. He ended up talking to someone in India who he couldn't understand. He was so mad. He finally gave up and called back the next day. Come to find out after being told it was our credit card, it was because the shipping address didn't match the billing address. He told them it was a gift for me, I'm a SAHM and home all day. He wanted it shipped to his work address. He was furious. They finally agreed to overnight it to his work. They did and he's got it. I sure hope I like whatever it is after all he went through. Lisa
