| HELP!!! I have an ELF problem!
Please tell me what this Elf is that my daughter who is 10 said her friends have received on their Christmas tree that reports to Santa if you have been good or bad. It supposidly dances and you get it by leaving a note and he shows up on the tree a couple of days later and then leaves on New years till next year. She wants one and I don't know where to get or what the heck it looks like

Is that the ones they had on the today show?? If so, then its just a stuffed elf...... the parent are suppose to move it every night so it shows up in a different place all the time, after it has talked to santas to say if they have been good or bad......... ya might want to check Ebay, I dont know where they are sold right now.... I can check

Is this it? Only thing is, it doesn't dance -- but the story is very similar. Also, not worth $30 but that's just my two cents. We have one... Hallmark stores have them! I had it in my hand the other day, but put it down. It is really cute. Really good for little kids to remind them to behave!

The Elf on the Shelf phenomenon saw it on the Today show, it wouldnt work here with my DS he told my DH tonight that Santa isnt real while I was at training, shocked he is only 9!! I think I did see that the Hallmark Gold Stores had them, but I heard they are hard to get now.

My daughter got up this morning and searched the tree and house. I checked strores around here and they are sold out and I feel so bad she looked so dissapointed just now. I can't beleive with 3 daughters that this has got by me in the past. AGH!

my 9 year old is blabbing about Santa not being real, told my 5 year old not to listen to him that he doesnt know everything just like their older brother <14 year old> doesnt know everything he thinks he knows. the 5 year old looks at me grinned and said OK. told 9 year old that it was up to him if he didnt want to believe but if theres really a Santa did he really want to misbehave anymore just to find out and lose the chance at some goodies
