In the summer of 2002 we totally remodeled our bathroom and shortly thereafter I was standing at the sink/mirror doing my hair and while looking in the mirror saw my father pass behind me. He had passed away in late 1998. It actually happened once again after that about a month later. It was so vivid when it happened that I turned around immediately. I truly believe that he is my angel and watches over me daily.

I believe in Angels too. My mother talked about them a lot when I was a little girl and the Bible talks about them as well. I know at times in my life when danger was present they stepped in for me. My mom told me a story about how she was working on a press in a rubber plant. Apparently a part on the press would move as part of the process.. well.. her hand was in the press and someone came by to talk to her.. she totally forgot her hand was in the way. As she was talking to this person. She felt a tug on her arm and it was slowly moved from the area where the press came down. When she looked back she realized what happened. She firmly believes that an Angel pulled her arm to get her hand out of that area or it would have been smashed. |

I believed my great aunt still "lived" in her house til i was 20 or so. Mom felt she was there too. She lived in the house with her sister, never married cause her her boyfriend loved his job more i guess. When we'd spend the night after she'd passed away her sister would wake us up cause she was telling great aunt to leave her alone so she could sleep. i do wished i could talk to them, my great grandmother passed away less than a month before i was born, family always tell me how sweet and kind she was but wished i could meet her myself.

I do believe in angels. I truely believe DH's angels bought him home after an accident. He had been back 2 fields back from the road out on the farm. He was pumping hog waste (the big sprayers you see spraying in fields, especially North Carolina). He had just connected the pipe to the sprayer, the pipe is buried 4' in the ground. Just as he was standing and turning to go back to the truck the pipe blew up out of the ground. It smashed every bone on the side of his face. He says he wasn't knocked out, doctors say he had to of been. After it happened he had to come back through 2 gates. Not only did he do that but he crossed an electric fence to kick the pump off. (He knew he wouldn't be back in time to turn it off and it's against the law to saturate the ground to much. There's an exact measurement he had to use to know how long to let it run, depending on the moisture in the ground. He did take classes on all of it, so he did/does know what he was doing. Anyway, he went over the eletric fence and then through 2 gates, shutting them after he passed through them. The whole time pouring blood. He gets home, and of course the boys are waiting for thier dad. So they see him at the door. As he comes through the door he tells me, calmly, I think I need to go to the hospital I think I broke my jaw. At the same time the boys are asking who is that man, the man that came to the door with you. No one was with him! I went to the door to look because there both kept saying he was out there. He had jumped in the shower in his clothes to rinse the hog manure off of him. After weeks in the hospital and many surgeries during the hospital stay and afterward he is fine now. Scared and with lots of titanium in his face but he is alive and well. If the pipe had of hit and 1/8" over it woud have killed him instantly. I have no doubt at all that an angel bought him home that day. The boys can describe the man to a T. I have lots of "ghost" stories that happen to myself and my youngest DS. We are both able to see, hear and know certain things. Right now it scares the holy moly outta him, I'm teaching him how to control what happens and when so that by having control it doesn't scare him as badly. Laura |

Absolutely, 100%!!!! I have a long angel story but I am SURE angels guided me. And the strange thing was that the other person involved in my story believed we had been brought together by angels too!!! I didn't find this out until after she had passed away about six months after I met her. My mouth dropped open when I found out from her mother at the funeral home that she thought angels brought us together. She was only 39 and died of cancer and I hadn't met any of her family until the funeral. Oh, and SHOPPING was what brought us together!!! lol

Absolutely. When I was younger, I woke up several times to find a white form floating over my bed. Given the way I was behaving back then (age 14 to 17), it's amazing I didn't end up dead on several occasions. I was in a roll over accident and wasn't even wearing a seatbelt but I saw it happening in slow motion and managed to grab the seat and came out of it just fine, even though my bf was unconscious on top of me and the car was on fire. I've heard my name whispered in my ear numerous times as well. DD (14) is a bit of a problem child right now and over the last several months, she says that something keeps tapping her on shoulder. I tell her it's her guardian angel letter her know that she needs to straighten up her act. The other night, she was in bed and her door was locked but somehow the door unlocked and opened up while she was watching it. She was freaked out but again I told her it was her guardian angel checking on her. Besides those incidents, I've also seen ghosts and my son has also seen them. I firmly believe there's a lot more out there than what we can normally "see."

YES. When my nonverbal autistic son was age 3, he somehow got out of the house (and we consistently always locked ourselves in). He probably was gone only 4-5 minutes when we noticed that he was not there. I called to our neighbor friend and asked if he was there (she had a cat that he was fascinated with so I thought for sure he would be there). She had not seen him. I frantically went outside looking for him but he was nowhere to be seen. Then suddenly a large man walks around the corner holding the hand of a young boy. It was my son. It was such a blur, but I ran up to them and thanked him up and down, but mostly concentrated on my son. I remember him saying that he was in the street (very busy street outside our subdivision). I briefly looked at him walking away; looked again and he was gone. That man was a guardian angle. My son couldn't speak at the time no way of telling this man anything, let alone where we lived. I believe.

definitely....back in 94 when my oldest son was 2 years old, my father suffered a massive stroke. He passed away and was revived more times than we could count. While we were in the hospital room with my dad, my son kept pointing up into the corners of the hospital room and asking "mommy, what's that?" We thought he was just playing a game and kept telling him there was nothing up there...because we didn't see a thing. About 3 weeks later we were in church and my son was looking at a Bible that someone left in the church pew. He saw a picture of an angel and he exclaimed "mommy..that's it...thats what was in pa pa's room at the hospital". Later as my dad began to recover (the stroke left him paralyzed from the neck down (no speech or anything)....my mom took my dad some cd's to the hospital and every time he heard "teen angel" song, tears would stream down his face. My mom couldn't figure out why. As his therapy progressed and he learned to communicate through electronic means, he explained that the song made him cry because he had angels in his room....which confirmed what my 2 year old saw.

Yes, I do believe in angels but I also believe in demons. And as far as humans becoming guardian angels, I believe the Bible says that we are "higher than the angels", but maybe our angels are guided by our passed loved ones. Who really knows?? I love to hear angel stories though!! I have no personal experience that I can put my finger on.

Er, sort of. I'm all about the paranormal posts today, apparently. I've never experienced anything that seemed directly angelic, but my husband's had experiences. I received a phone call one night saying he'd be late because he'd been involved in a motorcycle accident. I was confused, but he didn't have time to speak. It turned out he'd been driving behind a motorcycle that missed the end of a lane, drove up over the curb, and wiped out. He'd stopped to block traffic and try to help the guy, and had lifted the bike off him with the help of another man. By the time the police got there, there was no one else there except a neighbor who'd stopped, and hadn't seen the other man. My husband didn't see him leave. The guy on the motorcycle lost a lot of blood, but survived, I know, because we received a number of calls when they tried to charge him with DUI. I have seen something I'm pretty sure was a ghost, but it didn't interact with me, just passed by. I'm not sure if I believe most supernatural things aren't people. I don't believe in demons, and I'm not sure about angels, or the ability to become one, but I do believe people continue to exist after death. |

I never did until I had two instances where two of my daughters should have died and didn't miraculously. kinda long stories that would make your hair stand up and truly make you beleive. They each almost lost their life 3 weeks apart at the age of 6 and 1 week old. Thank GOD for our Angel because my Girls were saved.
