Anyone Work from home??

I work for a school district. My own Kids are much bigger now. I work with Special Needs kids and I love it. But only work when school is in on. Looking for some supplement work to do at home. Business Graphics or Medcial coding etc. I saw a consumer reporter , report on a Website promotion specialists. They have there only school. buy cd's for 249.00 but sounds like a scam to me, not sure. Anyone doing that out there???? I am more than happy to get more schooling in this area, but really don't want to put the time in and find out that there is not a job that I could apply to work at home from my computer. Yes, I have talked to the Vocational Schools I checked out and they seem to have no idea about finding a job to work at home on the internet. Oh should take that back. The medical coding, you have to work for the company for about 6-12 before you can work from home. I have 12 years in at the school and don't want to quit that. Plus I like working with the kids. Is there anyone out that has input on this Or anyone doing these type of jobs?????

My feeling is that you never should have to pay! Maybe offer babysitting for special needs children in evenings or non school days? I do that and you can make some really decent money.

exactly! You should never pay to get a job

I work from home but I run my own business so it's year-round, not here and there. There are some companies (name escapes me) that you answer phones from home. It pays like $10 an hour but you are self employed (so there are tax implications you should know about). I never could do it because I had young kids who wouldn't be quiet that long.

good luck

I work from home on/off doing school paper layouts, websites and graphics for small businesses. You could try posting your services and examples of your work on Craigslist.

I find most of my side jobs through teachers at my community college who recommend me.
