OK in honor of all the football threads out there.... LSU National Champions Baby!!!
Gonna be a big party in Louisiana for at least the next month or so with Mardi Gras season upon us on top of the BCS Crown. Sports stores here opened at 11pm last night just to sell shirts, caps, lol. I can wait til they make it to Sams Club

DH and I watched the game last night and thought LSU played GREAT! Especially their defense!

Congrats to them! I'm envious of all you LA natives!

the first two minutes had me off the couch in disbelief. but then after the first half we were all a bit more calm. I heard fireworks go off at our collegiate stadium not far from my house after the game. There are already billboards up today.
Im envious of your avatar btw! saints fan since I understood the game. wish they would have had luck on their side like LSU. I just keep telling myself, next year. but for now we can at least celebrate with miles and his "kick ass football team"
