If you have a Wii, there is supposed to be something called Wii Fitness (I think) coming out this spring. It looked like it was not only fun, but would actually work pretty well. We're planning to pick it up as our anniversary gift. Romantic, eh?

Hip Hop Abs can be fun, I have some of the Firm too, but my all time favorites are still the Tae-Bo...

Yoga Booty Ballet DVDs are fun and pretty easy to do. Leslie Sansone makes a whole series of Walk Away the Pounds DVDs that are so simple and effective. I have Tae Bo and The Firm DVDs as well, though I much prefer Tae Bo. Kathy Kaehler has a set in the $1 section of Target right now (they're actually 2/$5). I bought them last year and like them well enough for the price. |
