Does anyone one know when the Girls Scouts Camp forms come out? I think its time to start looking into summer camps.

We have been able to early register since camp was over last year. If you are worried about the camps filling up in your area, I would call the local Girl Scout Council and see if they can provide additional information. Nothing worse than having a daughter excited to go to camp only to find it is full.

We are in maryland/dc and ours came last week

DD's catalog came on Saturday. we're in NW NJ

We're in Texas and haven't received any forms in the mail about summer camp yet. I haven't checked online, though. My daughter went to residential camp for 6 days last summer. She had fun but said 6 days was too long for her. LOL She was 9yo and it was her first time camping there. There weren't any day camp dates that worked with our schedule last summer...she might have enjoyed that more for her first time.

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW THE COOKIE dough program works I mean cant that be used to pay for camp or something

We got ours last week. They usually open the registration at the begining of January.

Here we get cookie credits and they can be used towards camp.

Our camp booklet came right after Jan. 1. Call your local Girl Scout Council and ask.

As far as paying for camp with cookie sales, here the girls start earning "product sales vouchers" at 200 boxes sold ($5 certificate for every 50 boxes sold above 200 boxes). The vouchers can be used at the Council Store or to pay for events such as camp, Service Unit events or troop outings. Again, call your local Girl Scout Council if you're not sure how to use them as your leader may not know.

In Texas, ours came today.

I am the Service Unit Manager by LBI and it is listed in our event book thru our GSOJS council program book. I would call or email the council to get the info!
