I go to bed watching paranormal state, and have to turn the channel when all the spooky music comes on, or I get real close to my hubby, that crap just totally freaks me out!... Mary, you are crazy! My hubby watches another one on directv, I will have to ask him, he is real big in the supernatural and UFO's.

I like Rescue Mediums, which is two British women, who go to homes, mostly in southern Ontario, and send ghosts on their merry way, and then drink. Not too scary, and quite charming. There's also Ghostly Encounters, which is also Canadian, and has a polite host introducing two people per episode, who describe the experiences they've had. It has a little bit of reenactment, but nothing awful, and no live ghost stuff. Both are on WeTv, and I think they're less cheesy than other ghosty shows. My mother used to tape them and send them to me before they were broadcast in the US. If you want to read instead, ghosts.org has a story archive that goes back about 15 years. |
