Where is the lady who said she had what looked like fibers coming out of her skin after a knee operation?
There is an article about this problem in the Washington Post Magazine.

I'm not sure where the post is, but she wrote that it turned out to be dissolving suture type stuff.

Thanks. I did not get to follow the whole story. The Washington Post has a huge article about people who have fibers coming out of their skin. The govt. is going to study it. They mentioned several people in the immediate area that have this condition. They all have a horrible itch with it. I thought maybe this condition (they have a name for it but I did not write it down). was an answer to her problem.

there was something on tv about this a while back-perhaps 20/20, or something like this. It was very strange-not just one person but a whole family

I saw something on this on tv this week, had heard of it before. I can't recall what network did the story, but one thing stuck in my head.
Fibers from afflicted folks were sent to the FBI lab (which had at least 100 diff. fibers in their databases), and none of the fibers submitted met *any* of the ones they had on file.

I saw that show this week too! It was really interesting. I can't remember the name of it either, but I had heard of it before.

Morgellons not sure if i spelled it right, I read the article and it made me itch through the whole thing and there are a lot of people here in this area with it including a Doctor. Really interesting is all I can say of course its got the stigma like fibromyalgia has its all in your head yeah fibers that cant be identified are all in their head Ok yeah right and I will end on that note
