I signed back up to Netflix...

Please suggest some good movies to me. I love documentaries!! I hate horror films, they make me scared and give me nightmares for days!!

When I saw the movie called Thing or The Thing and that....THING came out of that dog I couldn't eat for a week!! Hey a new diet!! "The Thing Diet! Lose 15lbs in one week by not eating!"

I like
Drama,
Comedies
and sometimes romantic dramas
I love time period movies.. set back like in the 1800s or so.

Edited to add.. I like foreign films too.. I just added Zelary to my list.. I had watched it a couple of years ago..Loved it!!

The Pursuit of Happiness
I Now Pronounce you Chuck and Larry
Million Dollar Baby
The Holiday
Because I said So

I'll post more if I think of some

I love documentaries and independent films, which is why we started Netflix in the first place. Here are some of my favorite documentaries:

Spellbound
Paperclip
And God Grew Tired of Us
Wordplay
Mario's Story
The Beauty Academy of Kabul
Devil's Playground

There is also one foreign film I LOVE:

The Dinner Game

We love watching TV drama series. In fact, I'm on a break right now between the 6th and 7th episodes of LOST, Season 3, Disc 2. We're up here getting dessert to take back downstairs to eat while we watch the next episode.

Gotta go...! lol

PS... We are also working our way through the Alias series!

Pan's Labyrinth is fantastic. It's done in Spanish with English subtitles. Achingly beautiful.
