I know a few people who hate going to get their mail, some of them wait days before getting it. I LOVE my mail! I run right out there if I see her putting it in the box. I get all sorts of goodies, coupons, samples, catalogs, free magazines, and some Ebay checks.

Do you LOVE your mail? What goodies do you get?

Or if you don't rush to get it why?

I love getting my mail too, just not crazy about bills and junk mail. It's so nice to get a package or unexpected card. I real day brightener.

****I would definitely love getting my mail if I got a bunch of gift cards almost everyday for a period of time!

I'm with you....I Love getting the mail! I also love when the BIG BROWN truck stops in front of my house!

Between the things I order, free samples, coupons swaps, the occasional letter or card from an old friend, ebay checks/money orders, gift card swaps or cash-ins, new netflix movies, packages from both my sister and my MIL ....2 o'clock can't come fast enough.

The only reason I could even think of why you wouldn't want to get you mail is if it is only bills and you don't have enough money to pay them.

I love getting my mail also. Today I recieved Free sample of coffee, Friskies cat food, fish food, dove shampoo, and a coupon for free hot sauce. oh yeah and a package from p&g.

Yep, I like too!

Altho I don't get all of the goodies that some of you get, I do enjoy getting my mail.
If nothing else, it's a good excuse to take a break from housework or whatever and sit a while.
Sitting on here is not taking a break because I always try to stick in some kind "work" related search or something!

I love getting the mail. It is rare I get freebies or anything exciting...but mail comes right before nap time! Also, I just feel organized and like I have a touch to the outter world.

I live in a rural area with no mail delivery but luckily the PO is only a block away. I LOVE LOVE LOVE getting our mail. I am always getting magazines (mostly freebies); free samples; freebies to try for surveys; winning little prizes; and all the good deals I order online that I found here and on the other savings forum I belong to that I am not allowed to mention here.

I have always loved getting the mail and I look forward to it.

it has happened to me when I take a break from trading and I don't sign up for freebies then mail gets boring.

I love getting our mail (except when it's bills!). Today I got a package of Taco seasoning from Old El Paso, a box of South Beach Diet goodies and our movie from NetFlix!! Seems like it's something good every day!

I love getting the mail too! There is no way I could let it sit in the box for days. My DH, however, does not like the mail at all and would let it pile up in the box if I didnt get it. We always seem to get into a little tiff over getting the mail when we leave the house...I want to stop at the box and see what is in there while he is ready to just drive by it! So we argue over that and people think we are so funny LOL...

I love checking the mail too. I'm getting a lot of free magazines using airline miles so the mailman must wonder how I can possibly read all those mags. I need to sign up for more freebies though. You guys are getting some good samples!

I have been a mail junkie since the 1970's. Anybody remember the coupons that you clipped out of "Seventeen" magazine that could be sent in snail mail for 4 oz. bottles of Earth Born shampoo? And we even got to pick the fragrance! Let's see, Green Apple, Tangerine, Apricot, Strawberry - gosh I can almost smell them! I can remember the rush I got when those 4 oz. bottles came in the mail.

I LOVE the mail!! My daughters do too. When they are home it's kind of a test to see who gets it first. The days it doesn't run make me crazy. I love it when I get freebies that I have forgotten about!

Oh my gosh Momofboys! I had forgotten about that! Did you ever send off for the cheapo makeup kits that were a major thrill? I still remember ordering a black tshirt out of one of my teentbopper magazines and it coming on a cold winter afternoon! Those were the days!!

I can't imagine NOT loving the mail! With rebate companies working the way they do I never know when I'll get a bunch of $5 checks! Plus I get so many free magazines and samples that every day is something fun and new

I pay all my bills on-line so the paper statements never stress me like other people - could be that's why I love it so much!

It's nice to get mail, especially when there's one marked "Free Mail" where the stamp is normally located. However, I do have tons and lots going on in my life so that I don't get that jacked up about going to the mailbox. I'm defnitely glad for that, as living for the mailman seems slightly sad to me....unless you're his wife. LOL
