My grandmother was born 2/29. She will be 92 yrs old. I believe celebration for her will include a special dinner & a cake. She doesn't ambulate much anymore, since her she's had several mini-strokes.

I actually know 3 people that will be celebrating 'real' birthdays this year! Funny thing is, I've met tham all withing the last 6 months! Until then, I have NEVER known anyone with a leap year birthday.

My nephew Alex will be 20. My SIL had the Dr wait an extra day to induce her...she was overdue...so he would be born on Leap Year Day.

I think February 29 would be the ultimate birthday. My bil has a colleague that technically is only 11 yrs old!
