I'm about 2/3 of the way through it. Really liked the first 1/3, second third was okay. Waiting to see how I like the rest!

I really liked it as well. Forget the Ashram, I am ready for Italy or Bali!
My friend and I said that when our youngest graduate (5 years to go) we will go to Bali as a reward to ourselves. Going before them, may be a little selfish since we have families to think of. If I could think of an unselfish way to go before then I would be on the next plane.

I read it. Here are a few favorite lines I copied down while reading it.

"I will not harbor unhealthy thoughts anymore."

"Devo farmi le ossa" or "I need to make my bones." (getting a backbone)

"At some point, you gotta let go and sit still and allow comtentment to come to you." (instead of chasing it all the time)

"You should never give yourself a chance to fall apart because, when you do, it becomes a tendency and it happens over and over again. You must practice staying strong instead."
