Most of my Firefox bookmarks disappeared!

Has this happened to anyone else, and does anyone have any idea on how I can find and/or restore them?

I'm going to assume you are using windows? Can you set your system restore to go back to a point when the bookmarks are there?

Thanks for the link. I'm on a Mac, but I saved it just in case we have an issue with the other 4 computers in the house. :-)
