My guess is that maybe a lot of college kids study in their cars between classes? But stiill,something like this should not even be allowed to have been made as I''m sure there will be dingbats that will actually try to read while driving.   |

A holder to put on the steering wheel to hold books or magazines, suppose to be while parked like waiting for kids to get out of school or something like that but of course there are those really brilliant people that would use it while trying to actually drive
