I am so excited and just wanted to share with all of my "online family" My BF and I made a bet on the superbowl and the deal was if the giants won he had to send me to a spa/salon in NYC. As we all know the giants won and so did I I didn't think he would follow through since we always make these types of silly bets but he just called me and next saturday I have an appt with colorist Brad Johns for a consultation (he did work on Johnny Depp ) Natasha Richardson and I am sure many other celeberties. My BF said if I like what he says then I can get my makeover either that day or the following week when my new glasses should be in so I can return to work that following monday looking all brand new Thank you all for letting me share my exciting news with you I never colored my hair before so this is new for me so I am nervous and excited at the same time.

I am so jealous That's awesome. I Color and Highlight and it lookds nice but I always wonder what a big time stylist would do or agree on what I have currently. It;s nice because they match your complexion, eye color. ENJOY!!! Before and after pics would be great.

Thank you all As for before and after pics, I don't know how to post pics on here, but there is a before pic of me on my myspace page (Myspace.com/Maryann1118) that is unless my daughter took it off (she fixed my page for me as soon as the makeover is done I will be sending her pics from my camera phone to post there as well. As for what I want done, according to the information on Brad Johns on the spa/salon's web page, his philospohy is that your hair should compliment your eyes first, then skin then the season. He also says that you should stay in a range within your childhood hair color. With all that being said, I want to go lighter. I had light brown hair when I was younger and since I was about 15-16 it has always been dark. I am also hoping that he can find a stylist who can help me do something with my hair. In my pic on myspace my hair was curly but now its straight but its thick so it always looks bad
