I found this article and thought I'd share it. It seemed too sweet not to share! Coupon clippers help the military - Washington Post - MSNBC.com Has anyone heard of this done on a national or state level or is this unique to Greenbelt MD?

I don't know of anything here, but I do remember years ago when I was cutting a gazillion coupons that I found a few addresses of overseas wives that I would send envelopes to. They were in Guam. Postage was cheaper then though. I would love to participate in something described in the article! Great way to help.
