I am asking all of you to please keep me in your prayers. I have a very important court case coming up this Monday. I would like to go into detail (because I could really use some advice), but because of certain posters that make posts go south quickly, I can't. All I'm asking is that yall remember us in your prayers. I am really nervous about it, knowing that won't help a bit, but regardless I am. Trying to keep busy this weekend to keep my mind off of it. On top of it all, I didn't even bother with an attorney, they have never done me any good anyways. Sooo.... remember me!!!

Good Luck on Monday. I am sorry that you don't feel comfortable posting about it. These boards should be a safe place to share, get advice and have fun. Just know that my thoughts are with you....

Thank you all so much!! I feel blessed just having so many of you sending prayers up for me! I'm sure that is exactly what got me thru this morning. Well I went, sans attorney, and from what I can tell, it went well! The judge seemed very nice, and let me take the stand and talk to him. I've never seen any thing like it done before. My psychotic ex of course acted his usual bipolar self , and had his atty ( the most prominent one in town ) there with him. But his atty didn't really give me a hard time. He (the judge) didn't give his judgement, he said we would get it in the mail soon. So naturally I am sitting on pins and needles until that day, but at least the court part is OVER. I just cringe over the thought of being in a courtroom to begin with. No matter how it ends up, I still think I would have done it without an atty. if I had it to do all over again. Now when I actually get the judgement I might come back kicking my own tail for not getting one, but for now, ignorance is bliss, and I'm outta that courtroom!!!! Thanks again, yall are just the nicest group of people!!!
