Reverse Phone Number Look Up?

Is there a free service for this? I tried a google and only came up with sites that charge to get the name of who the phone number belongs to.

TIA
Judi

Try anywho.com too. It only works if the number is listed of course, and won't normally come up with cell numbers.

Did you try actually Googling the phone number? Sometimes that works.

I use Find a Person or Business with our free online White Pages and Yellow Pages all the time. It's completely free.

I use Yellow Pages, White Pages, Maps, and more - Switchboard.com and then click on reverse number tab. When I worked for Qwest, we trained our employees to search there, since it has the most complete database.

Any of those above works great. Sometimes by using this, it's the only way I can remember certain phone numbers. For example our licence bureau here in town is difficult to look up in the book but I can remember that their number is 435-SEXY. And trust me, it is truly not a sexy place but good for a laugh when I tell someone that is their number.
