I know, this is a stupid post but I just have to ask. DS isn't feeling well today so he's vegging out on PBS kid shows. Bob the Builder is on and the characters have really strange voices. The timing is weird or something. Anybody ever notice this? It seems to be mostly with the female voices. It's really annoying -- or maybe I'm just losing my marbles.
