| "Weight Watcher's" Type Diet on a Budget
I was looking at this website Hillbilly Housewife It has all kinds of budget tips related to food and I discovered this Low-Cost, Low-Calorie, Dieting on a Budget It is a "Weight Watcher's" type plan it lists all the exchanges, the portion sizes, etc and teaches you to do it on a budget. She even has a Vegan food pyramid. I hope this helps someone. And don't forget setting up a support system maybe doing it with friends. That I believe is one of most important components of the WW program.
