I like to have a nice hair cut, nothing too fancy, and put on make up. I don't get my nails done, but, keep them nicely manicured myself. I don't go overboard on things, I don't think. Sometimes I'll see a woman, dressed to the nines, hair done, nails done, on and on and on. I just don't have time for that, and don't feel comfortable being that done up and IMO artificial.

I have long hair..do not color my hair.
I usually wear no make-up, sometimes just foundation.
I do not usually wear fingernail polish.
I do like to wear jewerly.
Mostly I am comforable in jeans..tee-shirts, seatshirts. I dress "up" when I need to but otherwise I love my jeans.
Just a "country" girl look.

VERY low, probably too low, but that's just the way I am!
I am not dirty and dressed in rags but I would rather spend my money on other things,
The house, the grandkids, and travel!

I try to always do my hair and makeup before going anywhere. I have long hair that I usually roll on hot rollers. My eyes are nonexistent without mascara, shadow, and eyeliner!! I like to dress nice, but that isn't always the case when just running to Target or somewhere like that. I never get my nails done, I do way too much cleaning and stuff for that. I have had them before and they made me crazy! The baby has definantly streamlined my look! Lately I'm doing good just to get us both out of the door with clothes on and keys in hand!! Definantly not high maintenance here!! And those women get on my nerves too!!

I'm not at all. I do color my hair, myself, for fun and for a change. I don't wear much make up. I, too, love my jeans. I think some of the women that I see all dolled up look so unnatural.

Very low maintenance. I prefer sweatpants and a t shirt on most days. The only luxury I do for myself is getting my hair highlighted twice a year...............but I do go to a beauty school to get that done so it doesn't cost me that much.

I'm not high maintenance. I do "normal" stuff but I don't go overboard at all. I know a lot of women who take an hour to get ready in the morning. I am a 10 min girl If someone calls to do something and I'm not around for the day, it takes me 10 min tops.

Certainly not high maintenance but if I go out to the grocery or anywhere I do wear makeup and have my hair fixed. Along with a decent outfit. My world wouldn't end if I went out "undone" but I sure might scare a few peeps.

Pretty low maintenance, I think! I have found that having very long hair is actually more conducive to a low-maintenance routine, too. I can go extra time between shampoos if I throw some baby powder on the top and brush it through! I have to wear lipliner, lipstick and mascara. No real need for anything else daily.

Also, anything I buy myself these days is as current as I can look, but is ALWAYS off the clearance rack (better still if it's half off the lowest ticketed price! Then I'm more likely to buy!).

Also - my favorite "meal" is cheesy nachos - so I'm even a low maintenance, cheap date for DH! LOL.

I like my look - it works for me, and there is almost no time invested.

i also am very low maintenance , I do color my hair (premature gray), dont get my nails done, I just usually file and do clear polish if any. SWEATS are my favorite everyday outfit! Makeup only if necessary.

I'm definitely not high maintenance. However, I will not go out without my hair being done. For that matter, I do my hair every day. I always go out with makeup. I do not wear sweats. I still wear dresses to church. I have nice dressy clothes, however, I also have jeans and nice tops to wear.

I'm extreeeeeeeeeeeemly low maintenance. I prefer jeans to anything dressier. The only make-up I wear is mascara and chap stick. My hair is long but thankfully curly, so I can pin it back, wear it in a pony tail or a loose bun.

Way too low maintenance, I think it's time I started working on me again now that the kids are grown...lol.
Shower and do my hair daily cause I would look even more scary otherwise. Have to color my hair or I would be gray...even at 53. Jeans, tee and hoody are my favorites with sneakers. I do get mani/pedis every couple of months because at $15 even tho I keep my nails super short....ooo what a cheap luxury to get all massaged and pampered for a couple of hours! (I know it is not as cheap around the country, but here, what a deal!)
Make up only if I know I am going to see someone I know, otherwise I like to go without lately, my eyes seem to be having a reaction to make up--even the non-allergic stuff.

I am as low maintenance as one can get. I cut my own hair. I don't wear any makeup. The only jewelry I wear is earrings. I don't the when the last time was that anyone saw me in anything other than jeans and a t-shirt. But then again, how else do you expect a deadhead to look .

I wear make up all the time. I just don't feel right without it. I don't dressy fancy, just jeans or capris and shirts, seldom a blouse, dress or skirt. I don't get my nails done, unless you consider me biting my nails getting them done, LOL. I do paint my toenails(could someone explain to my brain that my fingernails should look as nice as my toenails). I color my hair, like someone else said for fun and a change and to cover a few gray hairs(that I have affectionately named...after my kids and EX).
I shower and wash my hair every day and then blow dry my hair and seldom do anything else to it. I don't consider myself high maintenance but others may.

I dont wear makeup feels like my face is dirty or something and it just bothers me. I dont wear rings, earrings or other jewlery. I dont go to the salon to have em grind at my nails, toes ect they usually break off so it'd be a waste I last wore a dress in 1995 to my baby girls funeral. just not interested in all that at all. i dont color my hair much anymore after they was testing to see if it was a link to cancer maybe at some point though lol

Low maintenance all the way. If I'm subbing, I spend about 30 minutes getting ready because I have to do my hair. Other days, I spend about 15 minutes... since I usally put a hat on my head, there's no point in doing my hair!

Even though I'm retired now, I still put on full make-up every morning. I get up, brush my teeth and put on make-up before I leave the bathroom. I never leave the house without make-up.

I get my hair done every week so it looks good all the time.

As far as clothes, I always wear nice pants and sweaters/tops even just around the house.

DH tells me all the time how great I look and it's worth the 10 minutes a day I spend on my appearance

Hmmmm, I don't know if I'd qualify as "high maintenance" - *I* don't think I am :-) I shave my head weekly but I do it myself, I do wear nail polish but again, I do it myself. I don't wear jeans or pants, I mostly wear business-wear skirts but I do have a few more casual skirts that I wear sometimes and that's just a personal preference because I think black business-wear skirts look neat and put-together and they go well with my tattoos :-) I do wear make-up pretty much every day but if I'm just going to be chilling at home all day I will skip it.

I tend to think of someone as being high maintenance if they get their hair done at a shop, get manicures and pedicures, wear expensive clothes and make-up..........

Nope! Usually in my uniform for work and on my days off it's jeans and sweater/concert t-shirt. If we're going somewhere nice I will dress up. Don't really do make up even though I do have it. Never got into it. I will colour my own hair to get rid of the grays, other then then I wash it and thats it.

I am high maintenance in many areas, but not in hair and makeup. Pretty simple gal there....

I don't think so but some do. I know where to get good deals. I wear cute clothes, have a great haircut, wear nice shoes and bags and I do my hair and makeup every day. I drive a nice car and I like things that are high quality. I would rather have two high quality items than twenty cheap ones.
I like feeling and looking nice. I take time for myself every single day and the older I get the better I get.

I do make sure to have a good hair cut, but that doesn't mean an expensive one, I just happened to find a good stylist at a reasonable price. I don't paint my nails often because they chip too easily- I put clear polish on them, and always have my toes well pedicured.
