Now I voted for David Cook because I enjoy his performances overall, but I did like Jason Castro tonight. He has a unique style somewhat reminiscent (but certainly not as good as) Sting. Mellow and a bit jazzy bossa nova like. I like him too.

I like the two Davids. I'm just watching it now so I haven't seen David Cook tonight. I had to watch the Biggest Loser finale first!

I missed it last night but overall, David Cook is the best one left. Michael Johns was my favorite, but he's gone. I really like David Cook, Jason Castro, and Brooke White of the contestants remaining. My dd14 thinks Jason is dreamy although she won't admit it. Kristy and Syesha need to go home!! JMHO

Me too, I am not sure why but he just seems very whiney and monotoned when he talks and I am not a fan of his singing. I don't understand all the hype about him.

I don't understand the hype about any of them anymore. I use to be a big Carly fan, but she is under-performing and picking bad songs. David A. sounds extremely nasally to me, and I can barely understand what he is sing. David C. I can't stand watching him sing, he always seems so smug....and while he does have good arrangments...his voice isn't that good.

David Archuleta is creepy to me too. Not Idol material, IMHO.

I see we aren't too thrilled with Krisy Lee! I do think she has improved week over week...yet, I think Carly Smithson has done worse every week.

I just finished watching last nights show. I think David Cook was the best. I also liked Jason Castro and Brooke White.

I do not care for David Archuletta. He has a nice voice but his music style is not one that I particularly like. I also find his personality to be bland.

I haven't voted yet because the ones I liked at the beginning are starting to fall apart. I really liked Brooke White at the beginning, but she seems to get so nervous and rushes her songs. I've never liked David A. There's something about him that just creeps me out. Can't figure that one out. I didn't like Kristy at the beginning but give her a country music song and she nails it. Carly, I'm not sure about. Is she even an American citizen? I read somewhere where she's here on a visa?? Jason is kind of growing on me. I think I would buy a CD if he put one out. If Brooke stops being so unsure of herself, I think she'll do ok. I honestly don't really have a fav at this point.

I think tonight the bottom three will be Kristy, Carly and Shayisha.

I guess we called this one!

I have not followed really closely but from clips that I've seen on the web, I honestly don't think I'd buy any of the top 7's albums... I honestly really liked the fellow that left last week, Michael Johns, maybe I'll buy his album!!!

These top 7 just seem to lack the star personality (to me)?! I don't know what it is. I'd probably feel differently if I actually watched the show. LOL.

I texted my daughter, who was at work, and told her David Cook was voted out - she called me crying. I felt so bad. She wanted Kristy out in the worst way, and spent at least an hour voting over and over for both Davids. When I texted her I thought it was funny, but then...not so much.

Oh Cuthie, you crack me up - but I've got to disagree with ya - I think this is the best group in years!
