This reminds me of a story my husband told me that he saw on TV.
There was this guy that was a big bar brawler, and always fought. Very angry. His hands were all messed up. I guess something happned to him and he had to have some metal plates put in his head.
When he came out of surgery, IMMEDIATELY he had changed. Upon waking he was very happy, talks sweetly, is into art and loves to draw and believes in love. Not a bit of anger in him.
Scientists are just itching to do an MRI to find out what it was that made him change (they could change every hardened criminal if they could find out what they touched, etc), but an MRI would kill him instantly..so they can't do it.

The brain is a very strange organ indeed. I have read of people who woke up with an accent from a country they have never been to after surgery or a person who could sing who could not before.

I have to admit my first thought before reading the story was "yeah right he's a molestor and blaming his brain tumor" this was not what I expected.
