Do you agree with schools supplying sex education? Any kind of education at all?

If you don't not agree with schools having sex education,why not?

If you do agree with schools having sex education what age do you feel is appropriate for these lessons
to begin
grade 5/6
grade 7/8

Do you agree with schools handing out condoms as part of their sex education program?

Do you feel that if schools are to hand out condoms that a student should have to have parental consent first?

Do you agree with school clinics handing out birth control pills or the morning after pill?

Do you think your child came to you for help PRIOR to having sex the first time?

Have the courage to be yourself.

I don't know what type of class you are doing this for, but it is easier to evaluate the results of the survey if you have degrees of agreeablity (agree, slightly agree, neutral, slightly disagree, or disagree)
in addition to the yes/no response.
