I would have my boobs put back where they used to be before they fell to my butt.

I'm tinkering with the idea of the buttonhole boob job myself. Have a sabbatical from work coming up right after next year's bonus payout....so might be the perfect time for it. Although, EVERYTHING seems to be heading south, so not sure how to save it all....LOL

Tummy tuck to get rid of my pouch, a boob job to even the girls out; one is a full size larger then the other, plus breastfeeding didn't do them any favors, and a my arms. I wouldn't do any face plastic surgery, I think people end up looking weird afterwards.

I wouldn't have anything done, although that's not to say I couldn't use it. Very happy w/ what I've got and certainly wouldn't want to have to rush out and buy this book (link below) to explain to my kids why Mom is going to the doctor..................

I've gotten quite fond of my fat and I would rather keep it. The only change I would make is to my hands, they look old. I'll keep my scars but would like to lose some wrinkles.

I would have my saggy, baggy neck tightened up.
I look like I have 99 chins that blend right into my neck!

Boob job here and some lipo on the saddle bag area to even everything out. DH says I can get a boob job or have my house redone. I've chosen the house updates. No face surgery stuff for me either, it scares me.

I guess I would opt for lipo on my tummy. I am at a weight I am comfortable with, but after having two nine pound babies, I can't seem to get my tummy flat. Exercise has helped all other areas, but not my tummy. I wouldn't mind a boob job either.....its hard to find bras to fit, I usually end up looking in the teen section.

Removal of my second chin ( I have it even when I'm skinny) and a boob reduction. I can't understand why anyone would want big ones. They're such a pain!

My sister just got a tummy tuck about 6 mos ago, and she looks WONDERFUL. Like a model!

I would definitely get one if I was brave enough. Parting with my belly button doesn't appeal to me, though. (Not that it stands out much now as it is..LOL)

But our family has "gut" problems that run from generations on down. My mom said that even when she was 102, she still had a gut.

I also would get my boobs lifted, but not reduced. I like them the way they are! Just find that as I am getting older, they aren't paying attention as well as they used to. LOL

You know, come to think of it, my philosophy is this: I want to be so plastic, that when I die, all my family has to do is wheel me out to the curb in the recycling bin.

One of my best friends had a tummy tuck almost a year ago, and they "made" her a new belly button.

If I had a tummy tuck I would make sure they gave me a belly button.

Yeah, I am pretty sure in all cases that is what they do, is make one. My sister had a "brazilian" belly button put in, whatever that is.
To me, it looked kind of fake, but that is probably just cause I knew that it was not her real one.

Still would be the one thing that would make me shy away from it though. Not sure why...

When I got my tummy tuck they also made me a new bellybutton. It would be just to weird not to have one.

You don't have a belly button after a tummy tuck? I did not know that. I might have to rethink my plans for my spending my lottery money when I finally win. I can so relate to still having a gut even at a lower weight. I got down to 112 and still had round belly. Now I am finally working my way back down in weight, but the belly seems to be the one place where all the exercise in the world isn't helping me out at all.....

No, while they do take your belly button off with the tummy tuck, they do remake you a new one (as stated earlier). I just thought it looked kind of fake, but that might be only because I knew.

It also looked "higher" than the one she had before, thus her waistline looked higher. She looked great though. I love what it did for her.

She went from a size 12 to an 8!

Well, where to start?
Definitely a tummy tuck, but apparently when this happens, oftentimes ppl need (not going to go there-please just Google it), a m*ff tuck to get rid of the fatty deposit above the more delicate area. Of course once I had that done, I would want my inner thighs done as well. And after that, the areas under my arms that when I wave, tend to wave back will need to be removed. And moving up, lately I have noticed how droopy my eyelids have gotten. And since we are up that high-please remove the mole on the side of my face. Other than that, I am perfect! lol...

I'm getting a breast reduction when I lose fifty pounds. I want to see if they will do a tummy tuck at the same time.

Ok, what do they do with your belly button??? Isn't it attached on the inside???

I have a friend who had a tummy tuck done after she lost a bunch of weight. I was so proud of her....she started working out at the gym with me and it really stuck with her. She said when they sewed her up, they had her sit up for that part. It must be REALLY flat.

What happens if you gain weight or get pregnant?

AMEN!!

In racing slang "I'll run what I brung".
Although I wonder, is there something they can do for Barney Rubble feet?

I work with a gal that has had several procedures. She is mid forty's and started about 12 years ago getting the bolt on boobs. Then the tummy tuck, the eye lift, cheek implants, lips filled, something "threaded" in her face and her neck tightened up. I believe she also gets Botox done occasionally.
I have to say she looks almost perfect but she also doesn't seem to have expression in her face anymore. Which is just kind of weird in a Stepford kind of way. Does that make sense?

YES definitely, eyelid surgery to get rid of under eye puffiness. I tried various useless stuff (coffee bean cream, etc.) and looks like plastic surgery is more effective and longer lasting than all those try-and-fail products.

I'm not exactly sure but it is like a mini face lift that they do by running a thread under your sking and pulling things up. It's supposed to be minimally invasive and little scarring.

You think Frankenstein and I think the Joker. Some of the old babes that come in where I work that have had numerous face lifts end up with an odd little smirk. Da Da Da Da Da Da BATMAN!

Now stop that.
