I need your opinion on the company herbalife and on their products. I have been approached to work-at-home selling their products.

Run...run very fast. IMO it's nothing more than a version of a pyramid scheme.

I agree, run fast. I used the Herbalife products back in 1996 and also sold them. I went to the meetings, placed ads in the local papers, handed out flyers, sold the nutrition products as well as the make-up. The make-up was new when I was in it. I lost a lot of money on the it. You must buy the inventory that you are planning on selling and sell from your stock, this means money out of pocket to begin with. If you don't sell it, you keep it.

I work hard at it, I was a stay at home mom then, and felt it would be a good supplement to our income; I made more money with eBay than I did with Herbalife.

I agree. In fact I didn't know they were still around! I remember it seemed like everyone but us in our office was taking or just selling it like 10 years ago, and saw signs up with phone numbers to call to buy it everywhere... but haven't seen any of that in so long.
