Thanks for the reminder. I've got the Forever stamps, so when I run out, will have to restock at the higher rate. With the price of gas & supplies going through the roof, I have the feeling the next raise in rates will be a rather large one.

from the article i read you can pretty much be certain it's going up every year. guess their not liking that people pay bills online, and email is so much faster so not useing their service as much, heck they lost a book I mailed that went from south NJ to Philly mailed 2 the same day to diffrent people in philly and one has had hers for a week now
