freer, I received mine. I posted about it on one of the other threads. I'm so sorry for the confusion. And hey, we all have THOSE days!! LOL

I got my package on Monday. Sorry I didn't post but was sick with a stomache bug. Ballmom really outdid herself!!!
I was sick in bed with a nasty bug and two of the kids had it so when this bright yellow box showed up it put smiles on our faces. Then I opened up and wow!! I love the magnet it is on the fridge. I always tell the kids "I'M not the maid" so it was perfect. The shower gel and lotion smell heavenly as do the candles. Now I know what a real puff is not those cheap 2 for $1 that I usually use. The note cards and pad are just so me. The chocalate looks yum (It would be gone but I have enough self control to wait till my stomache bug is gone. BUT the best part for me was the make-up bag with my name!!!!! Since I don't go by Debbie or Deborah I never have personalized things (and it always bothers me) so this was like TOTALLY AWESOME!!! You can be my secret buddy anytime. Thank you Thank you

Oh, dawnycap...I was just thinking about you this morning. I thought *no news is good news*, so I figured you'd receicved it. I was going to PM you to double check, though. (Then I got side tracked at yard sales all morning!)
I'm going to get a package out to you this week. I know it 's not my fault, but I do take resposibility for the swap.

Is there anyone else who did not recieve their package from the February swap? I know one or two got misplaced and returned by the post office. I hope they were finally received.

On another note, I'm going to start the kids exchange in a week or two. I'm open to suggestions/ideas.

I received my package at least a month ago. I even posted in one of the threads that I received it and LOVED IT!! So freer you can take me off the list of people who haven't received it. I am good and ready for the next one!

If it were up to me, I'd post the name of the deadbeat and make sure they were never allowed to participate in any other activity on this board.

I don't care what their excuse is, unless they're dead, there's no excuse for such ignorance. No matter what is going on in their lives, not sending at all is bull. A delay due to circumstances, with an explanatory email is acceptable. Just blowing it off is totally classless.

While I think it is sad that ssome poeple may do this kind of thing, in my religion we practice "judging favorably" meaning try to think up an acceptable reason why they may not have been able to uphold their end of the deal and also not email the reason and it would still be "Okay". My thoughts are extreem illness (G-d Forbid), bed rest (the computer is downstairs and no stairclimbing) of their computer crashed and they have no access and lost the address. Since Freer tried so hard, and we all joined to give ourselves a boost both shopping and getting, lets try to keep this friendly.
