| Sad news
Well, I lost my baby. Many of you know that I was pregnant and ~on top of the world happy~ to be so. It's just about the hardest thing I have ever had to go through. I had been to my OB for my 12 week check up and heard my baby's heart beat. Then, on week 13, one week later, I was having a scheduled ultrasound. We were so excited to see the baby again. DH and I even took DD (10 yr old) with us, so she could be a part of the whole experience. She was SO excited to go with us and see her baby brother or sister.Then we received the devestating news that the baby had died. My poor little girl should never have had to witness my reaction. I am struggling with the loss. The grieving is so deep. They say it takes time, but I can't imagine ever getting over this. I was so in love with that little baby growing inside of me. Please pray for my family.

Jovia - I am very sorry for your loss. I experienced a similiar loss many years ago. We named our baby girl and even my youngest (who wasn't even born at the time) tells people that she has a sister in heaven. I will pray for God's peace for you and your family.

I lost my daughter 30 days exactly til her due date. she'd be 12 in november I since had 3 boys, one born in november. i kinda think of it as I was destined for boys. before brianna I always had cribs and all set up before the baby arrived, after Brianna I never had anything out but a few things until they was at home, I had to take down and pack away her stuff by myself and I'd hate to have to do that again, so never before baby was home.

Well, you have your own special angel in Heaven now!!!!!! Sorry to hear of your loss and prayers are being said. God Bless all of you. It's ok that your DD was there. I'm sure it was difficult for her but it's part of life and I bet she has a new respect for life! |

I am so sorry for your loss. I went thru 2 losses, 11 and 11 1/2 weeks. I know the depths of your grief, and I'll pray for you and your family. I found incredible comfort and understanding from a support group called SHARE. They are a nationwide support group for families that have suffered miscarriage, stillbirth, and infant death. There may be a chapter in your area. Share - Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support God bless you all. |

i am so sorry for your loss.you are indeed in my prayers. i lost my 11yr old daughter in a tragic plane crash. the people took her without our permission,,,,and we heard it on the news. 3 mths later my oldest daughter got pregnant and we thought it was a miracle..she carried the baby for 5 1/2 months and then had to be induced because of high blood pressure. he lived for 6 hrs and his name was casey. we then found out she was in end stage renal failure and we are praying for a kidney donor. she is 27. sorry to ramble on.there is a web site called compasonate friends and they are a blessing for me. it is for people who have lost a child. my heart bleeds for. I am so sorry for your loss. I emphathize with you as I have experienced the same loss. There were few words that eased my broken heart. However, when I adopted my daughter, I realized God had different plan. Your different plan will be revealed and it will be wonderful. Take care of yourself.

I have said a prayer and have asked God to help you and your family during this terrible time. My daughter lost two babies so I have an idea of what you are going thru. You need grieving time but take care of yourself and your family too. Remember that God is with you and your baby is with God.
