Wow! I can't understand how these guys can steal from people, let alone their own family and friends. His career was successful, he didn't need to steal. Greed I suppose. So sad, especially for the elderly people that lost their life savings.

It's about time. He was a crook when he was n'sync's manager. My DD, a teen at the time, was all over this when it came out how much he was stealing from n'sync.

I know what you mean. We're getting ready to file our civil suit against the man that "allegedly" scammed us out of almost $160,000. I'll post a link after we file. I already have a newspaper editor waiting for me to give him the details of our case, but I was waiting until we knew whether or not we were going to settle out of court.

Today was a crossroads and we finally came to the conclusion that all the settlement talks were probably just more stall tactics.
