SO loves to fish and he uses maggots and wx worms. He has a habit of storing them in this little refrigerator that we have behind our bar. (Store pop and beer plus extra food and snakcs) USUALLY they are in closed containers in bags... Well the other day he put them in there in just the container... WELL I GO TO GET A POP AND THERE ARE MAGGOTS ALL OVER THEM!!! The lid popped off of the container!!!!!!!!!!
I almost died...never knew those little suckers could move so fast... AND THEY CRUNCH when you try touch them!!!!

We keep golden grubs and worms in our fridge downstairs...usually the cold makes them stop moving, like a hibernation thing. Dormancy, I suppose, as it keeps the grubs frm morphing into beetles. I wonder if the fridge is too warm.

im thinking someone did not close the door tightly....

Just Kidding! I don't find maggots but there are at least once a week smelly dead worms in our regular fridge this time of year.

The political system is broke and it's a joke.

That's almost as bad as leaving your then 3 year-old ds to hold the container of worms. When dh turned around to get the container, ds had a worm in his mouth. But that was okay. He took it out of his mouth and offered some to dad. I love fishing season.

all I have to say, is Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!

But to make you feel better, my DH does something stupid almost EVERY day.....
God love him...

I would've flipped over that.
