I agree with you that it is more of a hassle to fight the ticket than to pay $30. However, if your husband feels it is unfair because the parking sign was covered by limbs, and he's fighting for the principle of the matter, let him go to court. I like to resolve issues quickly, with the least amount of stress possible, so I would pay the $30.

It would really depend on where he was parked?? For instance, if you are so many feet from a stop sign, it is illegal to park there, wether it is marked or not (that is the law here, anyway). He may want to reserach the situation a bit more, first.

Not sure what the laws are here but I do know that the ticket says he was parked in front of House number 4 and he was in front of house 1 on that street.I think we are going to just pay it. Like I said It more a hassle and more costly to plead not guilty. Just one weekend he cannot go golfing LOL!
