Red face do you wear multifocal contacts????????

I have worn proclear multifocal contacts for years. Wondering if they are the best, or if I should try another brand. I need some input from others who also wear multifocal contacts. Do multifocal contacts come in colors? Anyone know? I started wearing proclear, and have always requested the same brand because I didnt want to mess with trying out another brand, not knowing anything about another brand, or without any body recommending or telling me their experience about what brand they use. What should I try? What brand should I stay away from?

I've worn the Bausch & Lomb PureVision multifocal contacts for a couple of years and really like them. I sacrifice a little bit in distant vision, but can read much better -- which is important to me.

Unfortunately, I don't think any of them come in colors.

I would rather see to read, closer, than far away too. I went to a dif dr last time, and have a diff RX for them, and I like the old RX better. The close is the same, but distance is diff, like they switched eyes for distance.

I'm trying to find the right lenses now. The proclear's seem to be the most comfortable for me. We're trying to find the right tradeoff for distance vs reading.

Yeah, I know what you mean.

Before the PureVision, I was wearing one lens for distance and one for close-up and I HATED them. It always felt like my eyes were fighting each other.

I have never seen a commercial for them.

What part of the commercial or the contacts seem impossible?
