Your story is just so startling and shocking - I don't know were to begin. You'll have lots of prayers tonight, I'm sure. Please let us know how things are going! It seems like there's no way things could get worse, right? Then of course, every time you've probably thought that to yourself, things did. Please keep us posted. D |

OP, what is going on in your life humbles me greatly. I know what you are going through, I have walked in your shoes (no prego though, but I was prego, does that count? )Maybe through all of this you can find a way to smile a little bit, every now and then. It is hard, I know. Bless your heart. I surely hope that you get the help you need with your hot water heater and toilet. Maybe there are some handymen in your church that can help? But I am sure you have crossed that bridge already and tried. But if not, give it a try! That is part of the community that is church, and it is a wonderful part. (((HUGS))))) |

I'm sorry for the hard times you're going through OP, I feel your pain. My hardships are somewhat different than yours, but I know how hopeless it can make you feel when they never seem to stop. It can wear you down and make the immediate future look bleak. But, don't give up hope. It's true that when it rains, it pours. And, it sounds like you've experienced a flood, both literally and figuratively. Have you tried you're local Salvation Army for help? Since you've been flooded and lost your clothing, sheets and towels, you may be able to get some help from them. Don't know for sure, just guessing. I remember when I was 14, a train derailed in our town. We had to IMMEDIATELY evacuate the entire town because the train was carrying chemicals and it spilled. We couldn't return for about a week, and therefore didn't have any change of clothes, etc. I'm pretty sure it was the Salvation Army that supplied us with some clothing. I believe they gave vouchers, or something of the sort, to purchase the clothing with. (specific items) Here's a link to their website. Maybe they can help. I'll pray for some sunshine to come your way. .

Icansavedaily....I hope today looks a little bit brighter for you. Hang in there. Sometimes I wish we really *knew* each other and lived close by. There are many of us here that would be on your doorstep in a heartbeat if we could.

Did you get the internet problem fixed? My aunt sounds a lot like you and she has to go to the public library to answer/send emails. You are definitely in my thoughts. We've been through tough times and it is hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel when it seems like everything is going wrong. Keep your chin up! and may something good come of this... |

I am just so sorry for you right now and I agree with the above posters to please see if someone can help you because you don't deserve all this. It is a bit tough for us now but you really give a wake up call to everyone on how to be grateful for what we have. Here I was complaining this morning because my grass has gone to weeds world. Hugs and I hope someone helps you soon!
