I love timmies! I have no Tim Hortons here but One in a town 20 minutes away and anytime I am there I have to get a Timmies! How do you take yours? I take mine double triple(Double sugar / triple cream).

yeah, not a big fan of Tim Horton. I understand his story, and I totally appreciate his mission, but after a week on a Canadian cruise, and missing my Starbucks, and everyone promising me that I would like his coffee more----no, after a few lames sips, it had to be disposed of....The doughnuts were very good, but all in all, in my experience, was like a Dunkin' Donuts w/ bad coffee.

Never heard of it here in California, but I am not a coffee drinker anyway.

I do miss my Krispe Creme though.....

Your post made me miss my Timbits.

We're being transferred to Canada and just spent a week there trying to find a house and I have to agree, their donuts are great but the coffee doesn't compare to Louisiana's CiCi's (Community Coffee). There is one Starbucks in the town we're moving to so that'll have to do.

I don't think it's so much that the coffee's good, as it's cheap and readily available. As-in, some intersections have Tim Horton's on three out of four corners, if you can believe it, and they tend to be open late. I miss the strawberry tarts and iced cappuccinos, though.
