Hi everyone~ As some of you already know, our next door neighbor, Jennifer Kesse, has been missing since January 24, 2006. Her parents actually live next door to us and Jennifer was living in Orlando, FL, after graduating college and just beginning a new chapter in her life. Her parents got that dreaded phone call one morning that Jennifer had not shown up for work that day. They knew something was wrong because it was not her nature to be irresponsible and be a no-show at work for no reason. Presumably, she had been abducted from her apartment early that morning. Her car was found two days later in a near by apartment building parking lot and clean of any evidence. Her purse, cell phone, credit cards and other personal belongings have never been used or recovered. To put it in her parent's words......"She simply vanished!" Since that fateful day in January 2006, her parents have been relentless in keeping her story alive in the news. They have many achievements to their credit regarding Missing Persons, laws and awareness of crimes here in Florida. They have appeared on many local and national TV shows getting Jennifer's story out there. This Saturday night, CBS 48 Hours show is featuring Jennifer's case. It should be insightful and I urge you to watch. This is a horrible, needless crime against a young, innocent victim. Again, it's Saturday night, June 14th, 48 Hours on CBS at 10:00 PM, but please check your local listings and local times for the CBS channel in your area. Jennifer's parents also have a website dedicated to her abduction with lots of updated information about her disappearance. Please take a look at.... Jennifer Kesse - Please Help Find Her With every news release and TV appearance about this ongoing case, her parents hope that someone will come forward with information that might give them closure to this crime. Perhaps this 48 Hours show might do that! In an instant, a peaceful day can become a nightmare when a child is discovered missing. Please keep the Kesse family in your thoughts and prayers, giving them the strength to face each new day without their daughter. **UPDATE** I just had an email from my neighbor Drew Kesse saying that he had just been contacted by CBS and they will not be showing Jennifer's story on 48 Hours this Saturday, June 14th due to a network scheduling problem. A new air date will be announced and I will be back in touch with everyone then. The Kesse's are very disappointed to say the least!

what a beautiful girl! And what a sad story. I can't imagine the anguish a family feels when a loved one just disappears! Any closure IMO would have to be better than not knowing.
