Can anyone help me?

I am stumped as to what a sample list of each category would be for refined and unrefined complex carbs.

If anyone can provide a list, so I can understand this better I would SO appreciate it!!!

I did that as well before I asked this question but didn't understand it.

So simple Carbs are refined carbs?

The complex carbs listed are the unrefined?

See, what stumped me was it didn't say UNREFINED complex carbs, and the website also doesn't say unrefined COMPLEX carbs!

So what are unrefined complex carbs and what are refined complex carbs? LOL

Why does this have to be so confusing?
The diet I am looking at says I should eat only unrefined complex carbs. ugh. LOL

I think I am making this too complex.
