Just looking at it online, looks like they have 2 diet options. The first one you eat a meal replacement bar for breakfast, light yogurt for snack, bar for lunch, light yogurt for snack, and then 1 cup of egg beaters and 2 pieces of wheat bread for dinner. You do that Monday through Friday afternoon, and then Friday night-Sunday you eat what you want.
The second plan is a standard 1200-1500 calorie per day diet. They give you appetite suppresents, a weekly B12 injection, chromium tablets and a mult-vitamen.
I suppose it could work for some, but doesn't sound like the plan for me!
