Any summer reading programs?

Summer is almost here (we are in NY and school ends the 25th) I'm looking for programs that reward the kids for books read.

Also does anyone know about museum memberships that reciprocate?
TIA
Debra

2008 Summer Reading - Barnes*&*Noble

Here's How It Works:
1. Kids read any 8 books.

2. Kids use the Summer Reading Journal to tell us their favorite part of each book. A parent/guardian signs it when it's complete.

3. Children bring their completed journal to a Barnes & Noble store between May 29th & September 2nd, 2008.

4. We'll give them a coupon for a FREE book! They choose from a list of exceptional paperback titles.*

Barnes & Noble does a reading program, printable from their website.

Our local branch of libraries do a reading program as well.

The Old Spaghetti Factory has one as well. Not sure if they have a printable form on the internet but kids 12 and younger have to read 5 (?) books and they receive a free kids meal.

the commerce bank one they do start up a young savers account for the kid and add $10 to it, my two older kids did it last year, my other 2 will this year, soon as my 10 year old saw the sheet he had me print it out again. my older son had me order a whole book series off paperbackswap.com the other night so he already has a large selection of "new" Anne Rice books to read

Half Price Books is back starting June 1- July 31.
Kids under the age 12 and under.
You can get a $3 Half Price Book shopping card weekly.
Reading log
Find local Half Price Books.

It is a shame this can not be done online.
