| Credit card info on those hotel key cards?
Is all of your credit card info REALLY on those hotel key cards? Or is this an urban legend? Just got back on Saturday from Belterra Resort & Casino and was wondering if this is true?

Okay thanks everyone. My husband and I were discussing it at the hotel - and we had both heard both - true and false. So now that makes me feel better. Incidentally, we did bring home our key cards. I'm sure they don't get them back all the time.

We always turn ours back in - but at the desk - I never use the express check where you leave them in the room. I think they just reprogram them and use them again. Lisa

No no info but the door code is on the key, yes they are wiped and reprogrammed
