When I have problems with electronics, I always unplug for a couple of minutes and then plug back in. I remember when we had to move everything so that it was out baby's reach -- I had to remove the stove knobs for a couple of years (they were on the front of the stove right within baby's reach and I had one baby who turned the stove *on* a couple of times! yikes). Such a pain! Luckily, slowly things can be moved back down and put back into place as the years go by. |

Google the brand & model number -- unless it's a really old model, you should be able to download the manual and find out what you need to do to get it 'unlocked'. I had to do the same thing for my dishwasher. Sarah....... |
