Oh my God!! The new Lowes commercial is making me crazy!! It has a man opening a door and squeking out "Paint Me"". Surely I'm not the only one this bothers? Or maybe I'm just a little too high strung today...

I cannot stand the promos ( is that a commercial ?) of " She's got the look"..a new reality show on I think TV Land. It showcases over- 40 women who want to become models. The music ("She's got the look") never ends..they play this commercial at least every single or every other break. ANNOYING as heck !

I rarely watch commercials - Now I'm really glad I don't! I DVR EVERYTHING and watch my shows later, zipping through commercials - The only commercial I stop for is the E-Trade baby commercials.

Cavemen commercials

I've never seen it, but I don't watch TV that much...I asked my daughter and she agrees 110% with you! She said it's nasty...LOL

I don't like the Caveman ones either (Geico) Barf, blow chunks, heave, hurl, upchuck... ~Lisa

I also hate the ED commercials and the ones where the Pepto people are pointing at their butts and singing about diarrhea..ugh!

And the Proactiv commercials that are ten times louder than everything else

OMG.....I didn't realize how many annoying commercials there were on TV until I read these posts. I hate all that have been mentioned above.

Just recently McDonalds came out with a new one with 3 people and every time they touch their cup of soft drink, their arms start wiggling around. It's annoying as well.

the cave men are horrible. talk about running something in the ground! they even had a caveman t.v show. it flopped.

I agree on the mentos one but I really hate the one where they wipe the counters/cabinets with a raw chicken leg, GAG....I think it's for Lysol or something but I just want to gag everytime I see it. Also, the phone commercial where the dog is wiping/rubbing his butt on the hotel carpet. Ick!

DH and I both giggle at the "paint me" one , for now anyway... and, I do sing along to the freecreditreport.com ones....

Those 'dirty mouth' commercials where they do disgusting stuff and then that blonde girl with the British accent comes on and says "Dirty Mouth?" I have to change the channel on those.

I agree too about the Mento's commercial. That is just disgusting. And what's with his nose turned up?

Maybe mine is regional - not sure - but I HATE the commercial for "Six Flags" with the spastic kid/man (not sure - I just know he looks like an unattractive version of that guy from The Wiggles).

He SHRIEKS "MORE FLAGS!!!! MORE FUN!!!" Over and over. So freaky.

And that mentos commercial mentioned above is so repulsive.

I'm thankful I've never seen the Mentos commercial. (I don't watch much TV at all.) DS told me about it before and he thought it was disgusting, too. I have seen the Secret deodorant commercial that tessa67 mentioned, and it is thoroughly stupid! I must admit that I get a little irritated everytime I see a really stupid/lame commercial. Because, all I can think when I see it is, "Someone got paid very good money for that garbage!"

I use to get annoyed by the ED commercials. But, I think either they've toned them down, or I've just become accustomed to them and they don't really bother me anymore. And, I'm pretty much ambivalent about the caveman commercials.

I think the one that annoys me the most (don't know if they still play it) is the Tyra Banks commercial for her show. The one where she says something like.... "My booty looks good in these panties!" and "I've runway walked across this entire country (as she's strutting around)." Well, heck yeh! I guess it's pretty darn easy to think so highly of yourself and have such a high self-esteem when you've been extremely well paid all your life for nothing more than your looks. Isn't it enough that you were blessed with those looks? Not to mention all the money it's made for you. Do you really have to boast about it? Talk about egotistical! I've never really had an opinioin (one way or the other) about her before I saw those commercials. But, they certainly don't make me want to watch her show.

Why is it 98% of the car salesmen in our area shout, yell, scream and say dumb things? It does NOT make me want to buy a car from them.

I especially hate the Mentos one mentioned above too.

Sally Fields talking about the time she saves by only taking her pill once a month instead of once a week. WOW, she must be a really slow pill taker. No telling what fun she is having with that extra 20 seconds a month.

Years and years ago, Duracell ran some commercials with people who ran on batteries. I hated those so much, I have bought virtually no Duracell batteries since and that was probably 25 years ago or so.
