I first heard about this in First for Women magazine. I just recently saw it on the shelf for $45 and was wondering if anyone had first hand experience. I've heard all the advice about more exercise, eat less, so if that's what you have to add, please don't comment. Thanks!

It contains caffeine like most of these: alli, slimquick, etc they all contain caffeine and I bet you a nickel that the caffeine is the first listed ingredient or way up there making it the major ingredient. You could just buy some expensive coffee that you like the flavor of and drink that a couple of times a day.

I am not trying to be mean or a bitch but these things are all scams. If not they would be on the cover of every medical journal in the world. I have lost over 25 lbs in the last few weeks by cutting my calories to the right level for my little body and walking several miles a day and doing Pilates twice a week.

You will permanently and healthfully lose weight when you cut your calories and exercise that is the only way.
