Unhappy Please keep GrannyShirl and her family in your prayers... Part II

I just read this thread and am so saddened by this news.
I had to start a new thread, because the other was closed.

Grannyshirl, you are so in my thoughts and prayers during this tragic time of loss.

For those who don't have access to our local papers, Phillip was a handsome man. Such a shame at the loss of such a young man.
Services are at 2:00 pm Friday.

Shirley, prayers going your way for you and your family.

I wanted to thank everyone for their Prayers and good thoughts.
You helped me get thru some very bad days in the last 2 weeks..

I didn't want to post the obituary online because he had a wife and 2 children that I wanted to protect.
If it just involved me I would have shared it.

I was in a fog after the funeral. I am just beginning to think clearly again.

Thanks again,
Shirley

Thanks again everyone.

We were gone for a week and just got home late yesterday. We went to PA to see my dad who had surgery the same day our son died.
It was a hard trip to make but we had to go. I sure didn't feel like traveling yet. I am glad to be home safely.

I am happy to say that my dad is doing well now.

Grannyshirl,

Thanks for the updates. You are so good to have made that trip to be supportive of your dad. It probably meant the world to him to be able to see you, after everything that has happened.

Know that your son, you and your family stay in our hearts and prayers.
