I got an e-mail from Big Lots this week. 10% off Saturday August 2nd just show your teacher I.D..Staples you can apply online.Towards the bottom left you will see teacher rewards not sure of %

You need to show proof of your employment. I've used my CTA card and school ID in the past. I've signed up to their reward store cards. I think the discount is 10-20% off.

If you are a Verizon Wireless customer on their website there is a box to enter your email to see if you qualify for employee discounts. I used my school email account and save 15% monthly on my cell plan now.

The Dollar Tree gives a 10% discount. You have to talk to the manager and show proof.

I've received free memberships and or discounted admission to various museums because I am a teacher. (I'm in San Jose. It might depend on your area.)

This isn't for a discount but I've gotten a lot of materials for the classroom from going on "free" on Craigslist...binders, books, computer paper, etc....and of course if there are any bay area teachers on here, I've been scoping out RAFT for goodies too
