I have alway been a fan of Lucy so about a year ago my DH and I went to Johnstown and did the sightseeing things and found the houses she was born in and grew up in then we found her grave (morbid ya I know) but it was so cool so see where she had been and things she wore and letters she wrote to people. Then for Christmas my DH got me the complete I Love Lucy DVD set. We also went to the 2 museums that were there and the gift shops.

I love Lucy too! I have almost the whole DVD sets....just a few to go. Will get more for Christmas I'm sure. The town I work in is just a stone's throw from where she grew up. We have a weekend long festival for her over Memorial Day weekend AND the whole weekend celebrating her birthday. We have a museum here too that is really neat, lots of stuff to see.
