all the sudden I have been bonbarded with emails saying someone wants to be my friend on fanbox. I was tellling a computer tech at work about it and he said this was a virus type thing and dont click on it. to delete it. funny, i have been getting them in my work email account that no one has the address but work. anyone else gettting this crap?

An email buddy referred me to the site. Basically, I believe it's a social site geared towards the younger crowd, such as Myspace. Usually I get emails with poll questions, photo sharing, or requests for being a new friend.

I get fanbox emails every day. Never answered them or even looked to see what it was about. Don't know how my name/email got out there and I NEVER open unsolicited email from unknowns (even though I am on a MAC and pretty much free from most of those viruses).
