I just happened to tune into CNN...or what used to be Court TV this week and caught this trial. I thought the whole thing was pretty interesting. The guy seems to be really sure of himself...he almost had me convinced that he didn't do it. I do have a reasonable doubt because there isn't any real physical evidence. The prosecution had a good point...maybe someone was really after Michael Sr....it seemed like he had alot of enemies. I do think that Sean has a drinking problem and maybe he did this when he was under the influence? Who knows? The fact that the truck was tracked via the transporter isn't good for the defense. Michelle isn't the prettiest woman in the world. I don't undertand really what he saw in her. I think that her MIL is better looking! Do you think that the guy just wanted a ready made family? He seems like a loser...a layabout who just worked when he wanted to. What is your take on this whole case? I guess the jury has taken a break for the weekend and will resume on Monday morning. ~Lisa

Is this the one where the wife would call her boyfriend the minute her dh left for work ? & she had him kill her husband so they could be together ? She met him because he was friends with her dh I believe...
