I know i posted this before, but I have someone from the CPSC coming tomorrow to inspect and take pictures of the crib I got on clearance from Target last January and there is not a bit of information on the crib, and the manufacturer name that Target gave me has NO information coming up about them even making baby furniture. It's a white convertible crib with a drawer underneath. It was Restore and Restyle branded and regular 199 on clearance for 49. If anyone has it and still has the instructions or a model number on your crib, please let me know. Thanks!

Does that crib have plastic for the rails ? Where it slides up and down ?

Thanks..but it's not that crib. It's no where online, myself and the CPSC guy looked for it. I remember looking for it online when I bought it and it never came up. Target gave me the name of the manufacturer (Everbright International) but nothing comes up on their site.

Anyway, the guy came, he measured, took pics and ultimately said the crib is fine, it might be the mattress that is the problem since there is a pretty large gap between the mattress and the rails. Although I did measure it previousy and it seemed like it conformed to the standards but with the sheet on it sucks it in a little. So who knows. It's not really an issue since the bumpers fill the gaps and my DD is 17 months old and won't be in it much longer. I just didn't want someone else to have a problem if it was in fact the crib since I recently saw some where recalled for a gap issue.

He did say that Target is in violation for selling a crib that has no manuf. information or model number on it.

No it's not that one either. It's not online, we've searched and searched. I thought for sure a bunch of people would buy them from here when they were posted about for only $49, but I don't think they did! They are probably still sitting in a Goodwill store, I should check there
